Cynthia Goss: Writer of the article Phenomenal Women
Cynthia is a Program Coordinator for the Upward Bound Pre-College Program. The program works with Park and Case High School students in grades 9-12 to help ensure they successfully graduate from high school and go on to college. She is employed by (OIC) Opportunities Industrialization Center of Racine County, Inc.
